Love your work, especially the Nier set with the Goliath and the set with the moose. Surprised you don't have a patreon or commission info, I'd throw my wallet at that.
I had a patreon once but it didn't go well enough and it wasn't worth the effort. I might reconsider in future since some of the 3d and liquid simulation software I want are pretty expensive.
I think had you kept your patreon up it would have worked out. You should look at it as a tip jar, not a way to drop all you other sources of income. I was there when you had it and you took it down after a month, I bet if you let it sit and waited a bit, it would have grown.
@Ethereal Omni: Probably, yes. Back then it felt as if I had make content for two different communities since I felt patreon content should be exclusive. But getting a look at my work two weeks or so in advance is probably okay.
@Anonymous: Yes. I will. I actually have a model. Can't tell you when she comes in action though but she definitely will.
Thats a hole a lot of patreon users fall into though, Using patreon as a paywall to make money can only hurt you. If you try to hide it, people will want it more, which means they will join, pay once then upload it somewhere else. Where as id you just us it as a tip jar, while still allowing your work to be public, then you get the benefit of everyone seeing your work as well as people like me who will support you just to support.
Yeah, I understand that by now. I wasn't planing to build a paywall but I felt like the content I mainly made back then wasn't suited for patreon if you know what I mean.
i have a question: are you the same artist that was behind Damn3D? i found a set with a redhead in striped stockings that was credited to you that was also on the Damn3D-blog...
Wow, that gape! Can u make it bigger? ^_^
ReplyDeleteEven bigger? Well I definitely could.
